Robert Donovan |

| Robert began his advertising career in Washington, DC, creating a number of large direct marketing campaigns for political candidates. He eventually transitioned to the automotive vertical, initially providing full-service traditional advertising services, including print, radio and television. It was during this time, however, that Robert saw the need for a digital-specific offering for dealerships, prompting him to launch DOM in 2007. |

| Adriana co-founded Dealer Online Marketing with Robert in 2007. Born in Asuncion, Paraguay, Adriana speaks four languages – English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian – and her multi-linguistic skills are put to use regularly when assisting dealerships that serve large Hispanic markets. Her extensive retail experience and organizational expertise both here and abroad help guide Dealer Online Marketing’s daily operations. |

| Darryl has more than 30 years of experience working in a wide range of capacities for companies ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to multiple start-ups. His particular expertise is in helping mid-sized businesses become faster, smoother, leaner and more strategically focused. Darryl helps DOM think, plan and execute more efficiently and effectively so that we may better serve you. |

Tom Williams |
| Inside Sales Director |
| Tom is a 25-year veteran of the automotive sales industry, having done everything from dealership sales at the local level to promoting car-buying programs nationally. He also handled credit union sales, direct mail campaigns and used car staffed events before utilizing his skills in the emerging e-marketplace, with an emphasis on Internet lead and digital media sales. |

Eric Bachert |

| Eric has 16 years of experience as a graphic designer, having worked for both national advertising agencies and in-house at several major corporations. He has overseen projects ranging from direct mail campaigns to the launching of new corporate websites. He now leads our talented group of designers here at DOM to produce quality graphics, display ads, e-blasts and other marketing materials. |
