Matt Harper Joins DOM as Vice President of Sales
We added a great addition to our leadership team today. Matt Harper, who actually used to be one of our clients when he was general manager of a large dealership here in South Carolina, has joined the team as our new Vice President of Sales. Matt has 18 years of experience working for dealerships, doing everything from sales to F&I manager to GM, and the knowledge and expertise he brings from having worked on the other side is immense.
It was while attending NADA’s Dealer Academy in 2008 (Graduation Class GDM-069) that Matt came to understand the role of the Internet in maintaining a successful dealership operation. This ultimately led him to become a DOM client, and in the months that followed, Matt saw the successes that DOM’s strategy brought to his dealership.
And now he’s here, but just for a couple days to meet everyone on staff. Soon he’ll be hitting the road to meet with potential clients and share with them his firsthand story of how DOM works. I can’t think of a better way to kick off 2012. Welcome aboard, Matt! January 5, 2012
DOM Doubles Both Clientele and Staff in 2011
Happy New Year!
Everyone here at DOM is ready for the start of what we hope will be an even more successful 2012 for both our clients and ourselves. But we’ll be hard pressed to top what we accomplished in 2011.
The past year saw DOM double both our number of clients and the number of staff we have to serve those clients. That’s pretty much been true every year since I started DOM in 2007, but the larger those numbers get, the more apparent it is how much this company has grown in the past five years. It’s a far cry from when I started this company out of my apartment.
And so I want to thank our clients and our staff for everything you’ve done to make DOM what it is today, and for a most successful 2011. Look for even more great things from DOM in the coming year. January 1, 2012
